Our lives have just got a lot more interesting

Recently, I have found out that in our everyday lives, spread out all across the globe, are Real Life Super Heroes, and Real Life Super Villains. While the thought of a person dressing up in tights, and going out into the world to rid itself of evil is a bit farfetched, these do-gooders do help to their fullest extent. Keep in mind, being a Real Life Super Hero, or Villain is nothing like the movies. They don't have Super Powers, or own billione dollar corperations to fund their researchers, these are everyday people that you may just well pass on the street.

What exactly do these Super Heroes and Super Villains do though? I guess that would have to depend on the particular person. Some Heroes try to help the environment, some do participate in crime fighting (within their legal rights), and some simply help the homeless, and help advertise for charities. While this is not what one would exactly expect when thinking about a Super Hero, it is more than most people will do in a lifetime to help others. Little by little, more and more people are becoming "Super Heroes", helping their local charities, doing neighborhood patrols. I dare say these people are our "angels" in the shadows, watching over us making sure we make it home safe.

For every Super Hero though, there must be a Super Villain right? Well, this is actually quite true. Do these people go out and commit crimes, start fights with Super Heroes and try to wreck havoc on our socities? No, quite the oposite. If I had to say anything about these so called "Super Villains", I'd say are just another version of Super Heroes. Some even go as far to say that they are the "consciounce of Super Heroes", there to bring those whose ego's have grown to big back down to earth.

I have recently chatted with a Super Villain by the name of "The Golden Don - Mafioso learned in Black Magic", who is part of a Super villain group called SECTOR 3 - formerly of, but affilated with, the EYE of DOOM. I asked The Golden Don what he and his group members do as "Super Villains". His Response as seen below.

GoldenDon:

In advertently, we and my partners have been the police force for fake heroes.. people who say they are real but dont do anything, those that are moderate sexual predators, phonies, fakes, fools liars...
we have outed the bogus and enterained those who do not breach a "code of conduct"
there is not established code in the electronic world for communication between heroes
we help monitor and regulate it
but really its a means of mocking those who deserve it
and making funny videos
web radio shows... etc

I'd have to say that is quite valiant. Not all Super Heroe's out there can be in it for the good of the people. Humans naturally are greedy and attention starved, so the few that get out their in their costumes for mere attention do need to be tended to. Flux seems to be a group to weed out the bad Super Heroes from the good. If anything, i'd say this particular group of "Super Villains" could be classified as the behind the scenes Super Heroes.

Of course not all Super Villains have the same ideals in mind. "Some are actual criminals, and some are just plain trolls" as stated by the Golden Don, but this is a story to delve into at another time.

For all the people who are reading this, or will be in the future, think about what these people are doing for you. It is every persons dream no matter how much they want to deny it, to become a Super Hero (or Villain). Gain the courage to try on that "costume" you always dreamed about, and help your community. Start a small group, create neighborhood patrols, help out your fellow people, like these brave people had the guts to do.
